Return and Exchange Conditions - Teleplus Customer Support
Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction, production and service-related problems you may experience with the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
You can find below the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster on product return; If any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FOR RETURN

2. INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED (with all copies)
a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered as received within 14 days, complete and undamaged with its standard accessories.
a- Invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.
b- If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. Return invoice must be issued.
ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES
a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent with our contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
b- For products that are found to be free of problems or malfunctions, the shipping fee will be deducted from the buyer and the remaining amount will be refunded.
b- In case the products delivered to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed within 2 days of the product reaching us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 1-5 days.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted cargo companies. Apart from this, the return and transportation costs of the products we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and products taped with a cargo parcel tape are not accepted) that have lost their resaleability feature and that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
- You must send a petition including the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to you.
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave wrong or gave up. Sometimes e-mails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and returned.
